This is incomplete because the command-line tool is missing. It will be added separately.
This PR adds the following significant changes:
Cleaned up the CI output, removed useless warnings and stack traces, fixed minor resource usage issue that asyncio was complaining about. Anomalies should be clearly visible now.
PnP node-ID allocation classes (both client and server).
Network monitor helper class that sends GetInfo whenever a new node appears in the network and notifies the owner.
Extended the docs.
Some other changes of low importance.
