[monitor] Subscription widget is misbehaving

• What are these two new controls at the bottom and why do we need them?
• Port-IDs are integers, not strings.
• The metadata is missing.
• The types should not be shown at the top the way they are (they are part of metadata which is missing).
• Also the choice of color is a little questionable for the dark theme.
