Javascript based hardcoded USB descriptions need to be returned for Windows regression #338

Windows shows COM3 etc as the description so the user has no idea what they are selecting.

Decided not to fix since the user can just click through all of them or try and remember, or disconnect the devices they don't need or use a GNU Linux operating system.
