displayColorDepth #11

I noticed displayColorDepth has been removed. Why? Thank you

Also, between 1.4. and 1.5, lots of capabilities have disappeared. I was about to migrate a project from wurfl to OpenDDR, but I see that preferred_markup xhtmlmp_preferred_mime_type max_image_width max_image_height css_supports_width_as_percentage are no longer available. Why?
