There's a good case for transitioning this to be part @objectcomputing (as one repo focused on OpenDDS) and @DOCGroup (as another repo focused on ACE/TAO). It would probably mean rewriting this in perl though. I don't have a problem with it for the shell scripts, but matrix.py is complicated and contains the actual matrix structure and I absolutely hate data structures in perl. The plus side to this is that there's a lot of cruft left over from the previous phases of Android work that isn't really useful anymore (if it was ever useful like the test stuff and maybe even the shell matrix which I think I only ran initially for ACE porting).
