Added support for OpenDDS 3.20 and updated recipe for bitbake syntax changes introduced in honister branch

This pull request should go into a honister branch instead of the main branch.

Since the honister branch doesn't exist yet, create it so that it's pointing at the same commit as master. Once you push the branch you can change this PR to target it (use the edit button at the upper-right).
