Update for 3.13.3 #4

What needs to be changed to support 3.13.3? Will we keep 3.13.2 as well, or just have the latest release?

I need the SHA and branch, then I need to figure out what needs to change to builds 3.13.3.

Typically, you change versions with different Yocto releases. We can keep both versions allowing users to choose using PREFERRED_VERSION_opendds.

My engineers are using a commit somewhere between 3.13.2 and 3.13.3 but the tag for 3.13.3 seemed to be off on a development branch rather than master.

commit 3efae3b823ffae1ef3986ebb8c5506f9aa365d3f (tag: DDS-3.13.3)

Branch is the same as 3.13.2, "branch-DDS-3.13"

Since I don't know how Yocto handles this, I'll leave it up to you...

The X.Y.Z releases come from a branch named "branch-DDS-X.Y". Master has the code that will become 3.14.
