added Dunfell #6

Added the 3.1 LTS Yocto release 'Dunfell'.

Added opendds to the core-image-minimal without any issues.

At least,it's working with --doc-group. When not using the doc-group, I have issues with missing 'stropts.h'. What seems to be removed from glibc after being deprecated for some time.

Please post an issue in https://github.com/objectcomputing/OpenDDS with the glibc version and steps to reproduce the problem.

done: https://github.com/objectcomputing/OpenDDS/issues/1726 Until this is fixed, it makes no sense to go to the Dunfell release.

Agreed. We need to work through Warrior (which is still slight Work In Progress) then Zeuss before we start on Dunfell I'm afraid.
