Fixed the consequence script previously, to address issue in 3 day displacement figures
Reran Leech River and Cascadia scenarios to fix their 3 day displacement numbers
Update run_OQStandard.sh script for increased efficiency (reuse hazard calculations for retrofit scenarios)
Run M7.1 Sidney earthquake scenario while testing updates to run_OQStandard
