added markdown and map images for new scenarios, updated leech river
updated finished scenario files and dsra.yml for github pages
fixed typo in Georgia Strait description across many files

@tieganh Please pay extra attention to the ValDesBois .md file, the numbers in the other two match up with the previous files, but I had no way to confirm those.
