[ISSUE 2] Detail box for Probably of Slight Damage incorrectly showing "0%" #81

The detail box for the probabilistic calculator for probability of slight damage is showing “0%” even though the legend indicates that this shade of red should be >44%. So the “0%” is both too low and should have different rounding applied?

This looks like an issue with the data coming from the API for that specific feature. If I log a sample of values, they are almost all 0.000X, but that Sauid (#59025859) gives a value of 1.61836
