Correct RSS feeds #68

  1. On pages such as http://columbusco-staging.openrural.org/locations/zipcodes/28472/feeds/, remove everything under "Custom feed for 28472"
  2. URLs such as http://columbusco-staging.openrural.org/rss/locations/zipcodes/28472/ are not displaying items, but should.

In addition, the select all/none links on this page are not working and must be fixed.
