Adds gaia.save() function to write raster & vector data objects to file. Does not currently support GirderDataObject instances. Also addresses some shortcomings with raster files generated by crop operation; adding sufficient meta data for display and file output.

Broke travis build by force-pushing some changes after travis started. Don't know how to restart travis, so closing this one and resubmitted same changes again as #122
