Remove some files that are not needed/used #13

Fairly trivial change. I don't see how these files are relevant anymore, but please go through the list to see if you disagree. I left things that may not be used anymore but still may contain some useful information.

I did not know that! Good to know.

But since you have moved the code elsewhere, the subfolders they refer to are not there anymore. 😄
