package non standard option added #84

The non standard packaging option has been added so the wagl process can create dataset documents (YAMLS) without packaging a collection 3 h5 dataset. The yamls are required to index the collection 3 products.

Can you please provide a more descriptive PR.

i.e. What the PR is to resolve/enhance within the repository.

Also, please address the tests that have failed.

Rather than using another config file, the pytest.ini it be great to set it up so that it is using the pyproject.toml config instead.

Looking much better, and nearly there.

There's still a superfluous file by the looks (correct me if I'm wrong) and could be removed:
