Dates of Availability #1

Record the following dates:

  1. Date you can begin.
  2. Any dates in the 8 week period (June-Aug) that you might need to take off.

  1. I can begin on June 12th.
  2. I would like to take off July 21st (it's my birthday), but I can work this day if needed.
  3. The last day I can work is August 16th, since I'll be out of the country after that date.
