Many:Many Document Notation #38

Should the fields that we expect to be many to many, (example certificationSource - because it might be FSA AND a REACH certificate) be a plural (certificationSources) and the format a LIST?

This is a good start but I think we need me make sure that we included objects/ arrays when grouping fields together. For example the certification is a Boolean which then allows the creation of certificationSources and certificationDates. One source needs a corresponding date, but there a user can provide multiple sources and therefore needs to provide multiple dates.

Ok there is a major shift in the way we are documenting this. We have included "Relationship Lists" which are similar to "Controlled Lists" but the data is user created and not created by the SCB.
