No manufacturer identifiers #52

There is no area within the standard to attach manufacturers against the various specifications. This needs to be added asap.

@Julianlstar @northernjamie @ecosystem2 I am adding an ORGANISATIONSrelationship list. This will then be used for 'MANUFACTURER' in seven (7) schemas ('BASE MATERIALS' -> 'LOAD')

I am feeling that this is a V2.1 release because of lots of changes along the entire chain. It doesn't fundamental break anything so not a V3.0 but it is more that and patch.
