Now, a user is prompt to set hostname for ckan (the user have to set manually internal catalog's api key - https://github.com/OpenDataNode/odn-box/blob/master/ckan-ic/production.ini#L60 as well). It had better set this parameter after installation in production.ini. Advantage: The smooth installation
