Midpoint organization vs. ODN/IC organization. #134

There is no validation/verification of organization entered in midpoint when user is created. User automatically obtained ODN default organization when IC and UV is opened.

@eea71 could you please provide some steps to reproduce the issue?

I created user with organization comsooooooode in Midpoint which is not at the ODN/IC. Was normally saved. After login into IC newly created user had organization comsode.

Related to #26 and #27 where is defined that user is assigned to default organisation, new story to be created to manage organisations. For now 'paused'.

assigned to kvalalikova, default organization will be added during installation procedure (comsode and root of the tree named root), in future will be possible to assign existing organization to the user
