update UnifiedViews to 2.3.1 #258

New UnifiedViews 2.3.1 was agreed to be release during May 2016. This will fix also some of our issues: #128 (and thus in turn also #256). So we need to update ODN to use this version.

As of now, we're at 2.2.0 . We need to keep up with upstream to bring bugfixes and new features to ODN users.

Pre-release of UnifiedViews 2.3.1 is available so we can test it with ODN and if all is OK, can proceed with update.
