Open Data Policing NC aggregates, visualizes, and publishes public records related to all known traffic stops to have occurred in North Carolina since January 1, 2002.
This pull request removes the race/ethnicity toggle from the NC agency detail page, as well as the RaceToggle.js, and other handling of ethnicities from the NC graphs. There are still several charts that include ethnicity data alongside the race data.
