Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Orkney Islands is now the only local authority without any data listed.

Describe the solution you'd like I'm going to message them to ask if they have any as it's not very visible on their site.

@KarenJewell Would you be happy for this to be closed now that Orkney has a number of datasets published via IS's Spatial Hub or are you still looking specifically for Orkney to have their own open data portal?
