Add some information about our deployment approach? #28

This should heavily link over to https://github.com/OpenDataServices/opendataservices-deploy

We should explain our middle aground approach for semi automated deployments for our small setup. I think we have "Pets with strong configuration management", as described in some CERN slides:

Future application architectures should use Cattle, but pets with strong configuration management are viable and still needed.
