Expose identifier list APIs (where they exist) #104

E.g. UK Companies House (GB-COH) exposes an official API (and an unofficial one) but neither are mentioned on http://org-id.guide/list/GB-COH

Of course this isn’t applicable for many lists, but I wonder if users of this service might still find this useful…

(NB I feel like I raised this issue ages ago, but I can’t find it! Apologies if this is a duplicate.)

Would you want an extra schema property for these? e.g. Array of API endpoints? Or array of API docs?

We do have free text for describing where data is to be found - do could include that information in there already.

For more structured data: we can include this in the schema. Just working on improving the workflow for suggestion of updates.
