Sidebar / filters are inaccessible on smaller viewports #120

I can't access the sidebar once the window is less than a certain width, e.g.

Claudio: can you see if this is a CSS issue that can be fixed, or just a property of the responsive design?

this is intentional. in smaller screens the user flow is slightly different, requiring the user to go back to the index to filter again

Ok - I think the back button is missing from the header (I tried dropping the red bar) to make this flow work - but I think we can work with this for now.
