Point the preview message compare url to 'register' repo, not app repo #171

At the moment the preview message (when previewing a branch) points at this repo to compare changes... but there will be no branch to compare - the actual changes to the data are over on org-id/register

I've reviewed the code - and agree with the changes. I've not tested a version with this in though - so assigning @bjwebb to review for any technical issue before this goes into live.

(…for which I think this is a shorthand.) Bit more explicit, that’s all.
