Mark deprecated lists better #174

There are a number of register lists marked as deprecated "deprecated": true

Here is an example of one such list http://org-id.guide/list/GB-GOVUK

At the moment, we deal with it by giving the deprecation details in the description, i.e. what list to prefer.

Perhaps there is a better way to signify that a list is deprecated on org-id? Perhaps also there is a way to represent it in the schema.
