Make some changes live #191

We've merged a bunch of pull requests onto master. These are now deployed to the dev site: http://dev.org-id.guide/. The changes can be reviewed there before we deploy them to the live site.

This is looking good.

One thing I noticed is that some of the example identifiers are excluding the List Code within the example e.g. http://dev.org-id.guide/list/GB-REV and https://github.com/org-id/register/blob/master/lists/gb/gb-rev.json#L40.

That's an issue with the data rather than the interface - though it could be handled with filters I think it's more sensible to fix the data.
