adding in an example of how you can use 'include' to reuse sections of text across several pages.

I've recently added this to the BODS docs so that the warning box can be edited from one place instead of editing it multiple times across several different pages.

Kathryn - I was hoping to build this locally as a full check, but my python version is too old.

Even if you've not built it locally, let's say this is good to go and check the readthedocs build asap https://sphinx-base.readthedocs.io/en/latest/kitchen-sink/structure.html#structural-elements-2
