Should jsoninclude-flat table cells be translatable?

Presently, they are.

On the other hand, jsoninclude is not translatable. I think it would make sense for jsoninclude-flat to not be, either.

I can add an option to change the behavior, but I need direction on what the default shoudl be.

Basically, I think JSONIncludeFlat should inherit from CSVTableNoTranslate.
