@michaelwood The tests that are commented out are not passing. There might be something missing in the function start_project_test. That is why I didn't assign anyone in the PR, I should had add it as a draft.

@BibianaC To avoid these tests going out of date what we'll do is split this work out and do a new PR with what we know will work and be useful right now as I know you've not got time available for this at the moment.
