Show Git Hash currently deployed on about page on live deployment #157

http://standards-lab.opendataservices.coop/about is currently blank

I think this is a dokku issue - https://dokku.com/docs/deployment/methods/git/#keeping-the-git-directory

I'm going to try adding that setting on dokku-dev2

Confirmed in the dev branch that was just auto deployed; this fixes it. Just need to do on live and document somewhere.

Now live on both Dokku servers (current live & one that will be live soon). Now just to document it.
