Maybe a little less about incentivizing and more about nurturing.

Along those lines, I'd like to see mentioned the role of the sandbox & overall incubation support in activities and maybe elsewhere. IMO we likely want to mention that we exist in part to welcome and support those that have projects & software that helps to protect web3 at the data layer, including tools, ongoing analysis, protocols, DAPPs, infrastructure and more. Something like that....

The front of the website tells a story about what the community wants to be. I'd prefer we don't have to update them often, so details that will change month to month we should let the issues and projects show that information.
