• Perform analysis, build algorithms, craft Legos, and design Dashboards to find and reveal scammers -> or at least their wallets
• Commit to the Regen Ranger's Oath to act ethically, with intelligence, and consistent with the values of the OpenData Community
• Have earned their spot - by:
  • participating in an OpenData Community Hackathon
  • serving as a judge for a ODC Hackathon
  • other ODC agreed upon qualifications
