update hackathon menu

I think it should to point to the hackathon repository which references all of the past and soon future events. Another task for hebbs?

what about we make the hackathon menu item take to a page that shows information about the current running hackathon or the upcoming one and then show information about previous hackathons and links to resources.

Sounds good, you can use the hackathon README and two markdown pages as source material. we can then remove the hackathon repo as redundant.
