I suggest we hold a round similar to that which Gitcoin is terming a "community round" ourselves, immediately after the hackathon, meaning in mid May.
Specifically I would argue we should have a retroactive QF round.
And that we use the Hats protocol - should the POC be successful - as a means of determining who votes on the retroactive QF round.
Much like the proposal from Gitcoin, we could have nominations via our forum.
This issue is to gather initial thoughts and then encourage someone to do the work of authoring a governance post for the Forum that articulates the overall plan.
