The basics include:

[x] Get Loki & Thor to Ocean - and ensure these are the ones that have the underlying scores (may need to follow up with Omni)
[x] Make a version accessible somehow as a part of backtesting algorithms for the hackathon
[ ] Set up a bounty as well that does research on sets of Sybils or non Sybils to follow their life cycle & validate model

@baokiddy will be taking on this responsibility for the short term. She will work out how to share the data with the sandbox projects. Automation is the next step.
