Update faq.md #99

Did some minor clean up -- for example we had mid file a big title / heading "Hackathon FAQ" whereas currently the FAQs most applicable to the hackathon are spread throughout the FAQ.

As the FAQ grows it is possible we'll want some sort of Table of Contents and/or other system for formatting; I think that has already been discussed somewhat on our discord

We need to move more quickly on minor changes to user facing documents IMO.

Can you take a look asap @baokiddy or @stefi-says and approve?

Should I go ahead merge this @epowell101?

Maybe the broader ODC Jedi can approve syntax fixes and simple content updates and leave approving formatting changes just to the publishing team.

Yes, @sarob let's merge it please. I'm not clear on who is who in what guild or team. From an end user's perspective - it does not matter as you know. They would like their PRs to be reviewed and either used or at least acknowledged quickly.
