Challenge Description
Sticking to this hackathon theme and our thesis, we are funding an open submission grant for any DeFi or DAO infrastructure tool or DApp.
Open DeFi is launching the next generation of DeFi projects through multi-chain strategies, machine intelligence and new digital asset classes. Open DeFi has built an vibrant ecosystem of the most progressive DeFi and Web3 networks, DAOs and incubators to scale DeFi's next breakthrough products and user experiences. Our multi-protocol community architects and launches new DeFi ventures through our incubation network and DAO Platform.
Our Venture DAO (and this hackathon) believes in the following thesis:
If you have an idea for a new infrastructure tool, or DApp that checks any of these boxes, we encourage you to submit your project to this bounty, our core team and community-members will review all submissions and issue a grant of 5000 USDT to help further propel your developments and bring your idea to life.

Submission Requirements
The application, infrastructure tool, smart contracts and/or storing state must be built utilizing components from 2 or more chains.
Open source code must be submitted, preferably hosted on Github (tag with #opendefi)
Submission must include a maximum 10 minutes video recording of the product demo + pitch demonstrating the functionality and a business case.
Other Requirements
The project should be started on or after the hackathon start date to keep it fair
The project should be deployed either on the testnet or mainnet, with a deployed site/server/etc.
The project should be an original work of an individual participant or a group project
Judging Criteria
A panel of judges will rate your project on a scale from 1-5 on the criteria below
Technical Implementation | How challenging was the project to implement? Does the project push the boundaries of what is possible within the timeframe of the hackathon?
