Modification to readers plus small changes to dplpy and pyproject #55

  1. Modified readers.py to deal with various possible sample identification lengths as well as negative (BCE) years in Tucson formatted files
  2. Change core init.py to keep the path as the current (working) directory

I had to manually approve the changes. Seems like Ife's review wasn't needed. Should test how this fares post approval as #56 was approved first.

This merge probably over-wrote Ife's changes (which incorporated mine but also other things) and should probably be reverted
