Small changes from dev-kja

1. Update init.py with version number (0.1.1) and remove directory change (os.chdir) that takes user out of current working directory
2. New notebooks folder for Jupyter notebooks - suggesting moving all runnable examples, testing notebooks, etc. into this folder
3. Created notebook for putting dplpy through its paces using the West Walker River data, which is entirely floating (no modern extension) and has some funky series IDs
4. In xdate, removed printing of all the windowed time spans - now only flagged segments are output
