Ok. Look at the changes I made. A few things:

  1. The optional scaling by the sqrt is not currently in the function. Should it be added as an argument? This result can then be further scaled by the...
  2. Did you port Frank's code? Or deduce it from the paper?

  1. You are right. This sentence can be removed. Bad copy+paste error on my side. We also need to add the Wigley et al. 1984 reference in the help file.
  2. It's 90% David's original R code. That's why I put him as author and added my name to yours under "improved".
