Laws-Agreements: Types of Law #268

In regards with "types of law," under the menu Laws-Agreements-Policy CKAN, adjustments to names/types of law is necessary since ODC editors are working to add/review/publish reference dataset. Also, Khmer sounds/phonetics of each law type should be dropped out to ensure consistency of all the platform. This will reflect what is presented on WordPress of each OD Mekong country as well. types of law on wordpress
