Present labels and not ids #364

Values presented should list the 'name' rather than the 'ID' image

@prustar the screenshot reflects the current implementation on the CKAN front-end which is for internal use only. I think it is more important to make sure the data is exposed properly on the WP frontend.

That is why I am moving this issue to: https://github.com/OpenDevelopmentMekong/wp-odm_theme/issues/636
