Notifications for translating CKAN records #386

It would be nice to have provide a notification to Data/Editorial staff to remind them to translate a record in their local language for the main metadata form and resource page. Not mandatory for them to do immediately and not high priority issue.

@acorbi -- did you implement this error message to notify data entry staff of the need to translate? The problem is that it doesn't display the English language title and description of the resource?

hey @prustar yeah, I implemented this warning to shed some light on those records which are missing mandatory information due to the refactoring done on metadata forms lately. I informed ODC on our last talk ( after you had to leave ) and sent a notice on todays Tech report (did you read it?).

The warning you are requesting on this issue is doable and could be done by extending the logic of the warning already implemented.
