Finalize record migration and remove "Record not migrated" message #22

@jpeizer1 @DBishton I have actually come up with a solution that removes the need of such a warning. It consists on tweaking CKAN in order for "convert" the non-multilingual fields into multilingual fields automatically when an editor clicks the MANAGE button. This feature is not ready though, I will try to implement it asap but it should be observed as a way to reduce errors while operating with non-multilingual-complaint records. Ill keep you posted
