Duplicate law records #42

First three records 'appear' duplicated as they have the same title: Law on Land, Law on Land Traffic Land on Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction

The first two 'duplicates' have different adoption/promulgation dates, so I assume should be separate records (and ideally titled differently or distinguished in some way) but the last (Land on Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction) appears to have the same metadata.

@acorbi Do you know what conditions may have caused this and how many more there might be?

@DBishton I looked into this and the origin of this duplication is the datasource which is the XML export done from the old ODC site which contains that information. I would suggest to treat those cases manually and curate the records taking the most complete by looking at its complete metadata to see also the multilingual values:
