when navigating from a country Landing Page to Datahub the user is shown a list with datasets specific to that country.
Before https://github.com/OpenDevelopmentMekong/ckanext-odm_nav/pull/4 the user was able to read the name of the country, now he is only presented the country code.
It would be helpful if the user was presented a real country name.
