Install ckanext-geoview instead of ckanext-spatial #37

Some recent change on the way spatial plugins are maintained require that odm-deployment scripts get adjusted accordingly.

Now, instead of ckanext-spatial, https://github.com/ckan/ckanext-geoview/ needs to be installed and configured
